An Incredible Chicago Show and the Stone of Sisyphus

It was Opening Day at the Ballpark a couple of weeks back.

My friends and I have a tradition of going to Opening Day every year. Which we did this year.
It often means a Ranger loss. Which it did this year.
And, depending upon just how bad things look during that game, you can leave the stadium convinced you the whole season's over already. Which I am this year.
Then, you rarely see those friends in the ensuing months, causing you to ponder why you waste such precious time with good friends on a team that is so unfaithful to you as a fan. Which I now wonder every year.

But I digress...

While we were waiting for everyone to arrive at Stu's office (the saving grace of Opening Day is that I always get free parking, blocks from the Ballpark), it struck me that I hadn't told him about the incredible Chicago show I got to attend back in early December. Then, it struck me that I hadn't blogged about it either. And, finally, it struck me that I hadn't made good on
this threat.

So, I'm making good on the threat, and christening this new category, "Things I Meant to Write" with a story about an incredible concert and a mysterious CD...
